The invoices are messed up to anyone I send them to. We work on a server at our office, but when I save them to a file on the server or when I email them directly through QBO, they are messed up.

I can share some details on how to fix the messed-up invoices you've sent through QuickBooks Online (QBO).

I attached a screen shot of what the invoices look like. There are not any error messages when I send the emails through QBO, but they do take a long time to arrive.

I am not sure that worked either. When I click on the photos tab above, it asks me for description of the photo and the measurements. It doesn't follow the same steps as you sent me. I can click the choose file below and attach the screen shot or the PDF I made of the screen shot, but that doesn't seem to get to you. I don't typically have issues attaching things to documents. Not sure what the problem is.

It looks like the screenshot you've attached is corrupt. That's why we're unable to view it in the Community space. To sort this out, review the file and access your Community account using other supported browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
From there, send the file again using the Choose file option. This way, we can also verify if it's a browser issue. For more details on the supported browsers, check out this article: System requirements for QuickBooks Online, Accountant, and QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Also, to delete browser cache and Intuit-specific cookies, you can follow the steps in this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Then, restart your browser right after.

Thank you for that information. I was able to go in and add intuit.com to allow cookies and this did the trick.
