Hi there, Aaronlandon.
Yes, we can search for customers using their addresses in the QBO mobile app on iPhones, but not on Android phones. It could be using an Android phone.
If it's not, I'd recommend reinstalling the mobile app from your iPhone. You can download the latest version here: QuickBooks Online iOS app link. This will help the mobile app work to it's full potential.
Additionally, I'd recommend browsing our Mobile App Features article. This guide enumerates the features supported on each device.
Stay in touch if you have any other questions or concerns. I’ll be right here to answer them for you. Enjoy the rest of the day. Take care!

Thanks for posting an update about the problem, Aaron,
Yes, you can definitely find customers using their addresses in the QuickBooks mobile app. I've tried it in my app and it's working fine. For this, I have a couple of suggestions that we can try to get the app in working order. Try to logout from the app, and make sure it is updated to ensure there aren't any app interruptions.
Then, refresh the app using the Refresh Data option from the Help menu. This will help download updates or apply recent changes on the application. If refreshing the app doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling it to resolve unexpected behavior, and ensure updated security settings are downloaded.

I am having the same issue. It happened immediately after the update. This is terrible!!! I use that feature constantly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app also. Doesn't change. The new customer list looks different too so I know it is the update that caused it.
Welcome to the Community, @Derrick3362. This isn't the service we want you to experience.
Upon trying here on my end, it's possible to search for a customer using their addresses.
Since you've already uninstalled and reinstalled the application, I recommend contacting our customer support team. They will investigate why you can't search the customer using their address.
To reach a live representative, here's how:
As a workaround, you may use your mobile browser to search for your customer.
