There are times too much data can accumulate over time and cause issues when using QuickBooks on a browser. Since the screen is blurry, I suggest performing some troubleshooting steps to help isolate and fix the problem.
Please start with accessing your account through an incognito window. This way, you can use QuickBooks without using cookies.

If you're able to run it without getting a blurry screen, I recommend you proceed with clearing the cache. It clears saved information from websites and fixes common problems similar to yours.

Actually, @AlcaeusF , It's an ongoing issue that started a week ago.

Since the issue persists, I highly recommend contacting our Support team. There, they can securely check your account and find the root cause of this. They can also issue an investigation ticket to look deeper into this issue.

@jlong2 & @jwmachinefab, here is a link to another thread, where SO many are having the same issue, with the blurry screen.
Go to page 2, scroll to the bottom. There is a user there that posted that they have been in contact with Intuit, and what they said.
At least SOMEONE from QB/ Intuit will acknowledge the issue.
