If the program goes back to the normal speed, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. You can also use another supported browser to access your account and enter your budget details again in the system. This might be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser that you're using.

I see this too, along with bizarre floating lines, inability to enter data, and eventually it freezes not only the browser but the whole computer. I have had some luck with a different browser, but it too also gets to the totally frozen point. I really don't want to go back to doing my budget reports manually in excel, but it is rapidly getting to that point.
Other than this, I have some gripes about small things in QBO, but generally it has been a great service and works well. (Just throwing some kind words in there.)
