I am trying to setup a scheduled report to be emailed weekly and I'm running into a few issues. At the final step of creating the scheduled report a window pops up with the title Preferences Conflict.
"A setting in your QuickBooks preferences is blocking scheduled reports. To proceed: 1. Select Preferences > General > My Preferences and uncheck Keep QuickBooks running for quick startups. 2. Exit QuickBooks, right-click QuickBooks, and select Run as administrator.
I don't have the option in #1. I am using desktop Premier 2020. Also, when I attempt to run QB as administrator it cannot locate the company files which are on a server.

If the issue persists after performing the procedures above, I recommend running the Verify and Rebuild Data utilities to further isolate the issue.

Thanks but as stated I do not have the option to uncheck box Keep QuickBooks Running for quick startup. I have ran the verify data utility and no problems were found.
Another thing, when running the program as an administrator QB can no longer locate the company file on the mapped drive. The company file is on a server.
