Selecting specific customers for a customer contact report

I would like to do a customer contact list, but only use customers I select. We could do this on desktop by filtering by customer and selecting multiple customers then choosing which customers go on the list.

Is there a way to do this in QB online plus?

You can customize which customers are displayed on a Customer Contact Report while using the classic view.

Here's how:

  1. In your left navigation bar, go to Reports.
  2. Enter "Customer Contact List" in the Find report by name field.
  3. Click Customer Contact List from your drop-down list.
  4. Hit Switch to classic view.
  5. Press Customize.
  6. Use the Filter drop-down and choose Customer.
  7. From your Customer drop-down, specify which customers you want displayed on the report.
  8. Select Run report.

I've also included a detailed resource about working with reports which may come in handy moving forward: Run reports

If there's any additional questions, I'm just a post away. Have a lovely Tuesday!
