Hi matt.bitsko,
That's an excellent question!
If you're using the Intuit Online Payroll Enhanced subscription, we're glad to let you know that you can use the direct deposit feature to pay your vendors. You can refer to this article for detailed steps on setting up a new contractor: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1507923
If you're using Quickbooks Online Payroll service, this option is currently not available. Direct deposit feature works exclusively to pay your employees.
I hope that I was able to answer your question for today matt.bitsko! Please let me know if you have any further questions by adding a comment here. Thanks.
I'm using this today and it's stuck at Payment Processing...
Thanks for joining this thread and subscribing to our Direct Deposit feature, @dabdullah516.
Being stuck at the Payment Processing section may be caused by the stored data in your website. Let's log into your QuickBooks Online account using an incognito or private browser.
Kindly use either of the following shortcut keys:
If you can access your account and continue the payment process, you have to clear the cache of your regular web browsers. Clearing the cache will get everything back up and running as designed. Otherwise, try using a different browser.
In case you're using our Desktop version, you can run the Verify and Rebuild tool. It identify and resolves corrupted data in QuickBooks.
That's it. Let me know the outcome and if you need further assistance. I’m always here ready to help. Take care always.
