The invoice upload has just stopped working, is there a fix?

I'm here to help you fix the issue and get your invoices imported, kathy47.

 

Your browser's cache might be the culprit why some features on your QuickBooks are not working. Let's try opening your account in a private or incognito window. This mode prevents your browsing history from being stored. You can use the keyboard shortcuts below: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Then, try to upload your invoices. If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Please make sure to close and re-open your browser afterwards. Alternatively, try using a different supported browser.

Unfortunately that did not work.  Thank you though

I work with the app but did also try online with a new chrome tab and incognito, neither worked

I appreciate that you've tried the given steps above. There is also no investigation for this issue. Since you still have the same issue after performing the troubleshooting steps. I recommend contacting our QuickBooks online support team.  They can further check on your account, explain why this happens and provide you a step by step process to solve it.

 

To contact support here's how:

  1. Log in to your Quickbooks Online.
  2. Go to the Help icon, then select Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Choose among the given options on how to contact support.

Also, check our support hours to know the availability of our support team in every Intuit product.
