You can still access your QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise company file even if you do not restore your subscription. However, you'll be unable to continue receiving the security updates and online services, such as the following:
It only means that you can only use the software for manual tracking and keeping your company data. Also, you have view-only access that remains for 1 year after your subscription ends. During that time, you won’t be able to edit your data with your inactive license. But, you can renew your subscription or export your data. To view your data after 1 year, you’ll have to renew your subscription.
