What do I do when stuck on "we're fetching your data"?

I'm here to share details on fixing the problem of getting your transactions from your bank to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). 

 

First, kindly indicate which bank you're downloading your transactions from. This will help us verify if there's an ongoing issue between your bank and QBSE.

 

Next, log into your QBSE account in an incognito or private web browser, this will eradicate any issue of browser-related issues. 

 

 Furthermore, I recommend scanning your bank account website for any alerts, messages, or notifications about ongoing updates if you're still having problems fetching your data using an incognito or private web browser. This is one of the reasons why QBSE cannot fetch your data.
