First off, let's do some basic troubleshooting steps to help fix the performance issue you're having right now. Let's start by refreshing your QBO mobile app. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu on the navigation bar at the top.
- Click Reset App Data.
Once done, let's try scanning and uploading your receipts again to see if it will work this time. Below are the steps on how to achieve this:
- Open the app, then tap the Menu ≡.
- Choose Receipt snap.
- Tap the Receipt Camera and snap a photo of your receipt.
- Select Use this photo, then Done.
If this still won't work, let's clear the cache by going to File in the upper left corner, and then Clear Cache. This step will help us delete out the stored files which impact and causes the odd behavior in the program.
Lastly, if you encounter the same issue again, we'll have to uninstall and reinstall the QBO application. Check out this link to reinstall the app: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/apps/.
