Hello robin, let's figure out why your deposits aren't showing in your QBSE account.
To start, I'd like to verify if the deposits coming from a bank account connected to your QBSE account. If yes, we can refresh your bank's connection to get the new transactions. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Choose Bank accounts.
- Click Refresh All button. We can do it 2-3 times during non-peak hours.
If the same thing happens, I recommend logging in to your bank website to check if there are ongoing bank outages and other scheduled maintenance. Also, if asked to update your information and login credentials, we can do it. Afterward, log back into your QBSE account and follow the same steps above.
If you're trying to manually import the deposits from QBO account, let's ensure to use the CSV file format. For further guidance, please visit this article: Import your transactions. Gear >Imports > Import older transactions.
However, if there are any errors in the process, please let me know by commenting below. You can also include the bank's name. It helps me check my additional resources here. Still, we can manually add them to the program. Here's how:
- Go to the Transaction menu and select Add Transaction.
- Enter the amount and a description.
- Select the Select a category menu.
- If you have a receipt, you can drag and drop it onto the form.
- Click Save.
