Hi there, @msalamone-buholt.
Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community for support.
To clarify, is this happening to all of your customers or only one? Is this happening with one particular invoice or all invoices? I also wanted to check if this only happens to invoices?
Any extra details that you can provide will help give me the right tools to help get this matter resolved.
I'll be sure to keep an eye out for your reply and look forward to chatting with you soon. Take care!
The invoices are messed up to anyone I send them to. We work on a server at our office, but when I save them to a file on the server or when I email them directly through QBO, they are messed up.
I can share some details on how to fix the messed-up invoices you've sent through QuickBooks Online (QBO).
First, I'd like to know more about it such as screenshots or error messages when sending the invoice. This way I can check the related resolution in our system to fix it.
I'll wait for your response and assist you further. Take care.
Hi there, msalamone-buholt.
I would love to assist you, but I just need some extra details about the invoice issue you've encountered. Can you post the screenshot of your invoice again? it seems that the image wasn't successfully attached to your previous reply.
Looking forward to helping out in the Community space. Have a good one.
I appreciate you for your prompt reply, @msalamone-buholt.
It seems that the screenshot was not successfully added to your reply. I’ll walk you through the steps of attaching images to this thread so we can further check your concern. Here’s how:
Feel free to add your reply, so we can get you back to business in no time. Stay safe!
I am not sure that worked either. When I click on the photos tab above, it asks me for description of the photo and the measurements. It doesn't follow the same steps as you sent me. I can click the choose file below and attach the screen shot or the PDF I made of the screen shot, but that doesn't seem to get to you. I don't typically have issues attaching things to documents. Not sure what the problem is.
Thanks for getting back to us, @msalamone-buholt. Allow me to chime in and help you attach the screenshot of your invoice.
It looks like the screenshot you've attached is corrupt. That's why we're unable to view it in the Community space. To sort this out, review the file and access your Community account using other supported browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
From there, send the file again using the Choose file option. This way, we can also verify if it's a browser issue. For more details on the supported browsers, check out this article: System requirements for QuickBooks Online, Accountant, and QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Also, to delete browser cache and Intuit-specific cookies, you can follow the steps in this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Then, restart your browser right after.
I've also added these articles that will help you customize your invoice template and how to send invoice reminders:
We'll be right here to make sure everything is taken care of for you, so please let me know how it goes. Stay safe, @msalamone-buholt.
So glad you were able to get the answers you were looking for, msalamone-buholt! You know where to come if you ever need a hand again in the future.
