Why can I not tab down to the new line on the mobile invoice like I used to?

I'm here to ensure that you can easily add a new line on the invoice to your mobile app without issues. 

 

I replicated it and was able to add a new line on the new invoice via mobile. With that said, let's go through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can solve the app's problem.

 

First, let's make sure that the app is updated. This ensures that the app has the latest fixes and patches to resolve common issues.  

 

Simply open Google Play or Apple Store (depending on your device). From there, update the app. 

 

Second, If the same thing happens, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app to fix the problem.

Why can I not tab down to the new line on the mobile invoice like I used to?

So, on the last mobile version I was able to tap down using next on the keyboard. Now next takes me to the money, the hourly rate, and what not so I have tried what I know to do, and I still cannot tab down the next line for the format that I want prior and future invoices. I uninstall and reinstall this app just so I could show that I have done everything possible that I know to do. I really wish I could have the other version back. I do not like this one one bit.
