Allow me to share some insights as to why you're older forms have disappeared and you're unable to access them in QuickBooks Online.
In QuickBooks Online Payroll, the liability period for archived forms extends back for about two years.
If your forms have suddenly disappeared, it's best to contact our Customer Care Team again since they have the necessary expertise and tools to help you troubleshoot the problem and provide accurate guidance. They'll also notify you if any updates are available. If you prefer, you can also request a copy of the form you filed from the IRS.
