So my issue is that since Quickbooks Online Payroll changed the way they are taking monies out to pay our payroll taxes. When I go to export after running a payroll I can export all my Employee wages. But when I check my payroll taxes to be exported quickbooks unchecks them all and I get a error message at the top of the screen saying export failed. I called in on 10-24-2024 did a screen share with a quickbooks representative. She was unable to help me. On the following day I got this message from Quickbooks.

So who exactly can help with workarounds? This is what happened yesterday.
Yesterday at work I contacted my Quickbooks online payroll to have them help me figure out how to reconcile my bank account. Someone from quickbooks called me we did a screen share. I showed him how my Tax Withdrawals won’t export. Was trying to get an explanation of how these changes are supposed to work. He put me on hold, after a few minutes my screen share is ended by him. A few minutes later he ends the call without ever coming back on the line. All I can assume is there has been no training in how to help customers. So I would like to escalate my issue. How do I go about doing that?
Were you able to get this resolved? I have the EXACT same issue and have called multiple times and am not getting help. I would love to hear from you to see if you were able to get it resolved.

Please provide a phone number I can call to find out what the workaround you mentioned are?
The last person I contacted disconnected my screen share and put me on hold then disconnected my call. So I am hesitant to use that again. Has this issue been re opened and will a solution be forthcoming? I am worried if I continue with this service it will just continue making a bigger mess in my Quickbooks Enterpise Desktop.
It’s also very annoying to type a response on your site and have Intuit Keep popping up a screen asking for feedback.
Sorry I don't have a solution. Nobody on the outside that I contacted has come up with anything that will solve this problem. I will post if I find anything useful. Are you having issues exporting your Taxes? At this point I can only export my employee transactions.
I got a call from quickbooks yesterday regarding my export of taxes issue. I told the person who called me that over the weekend I was able to export my taxes to quickbooks. But I told him how they are coming in it’s impossible to reconcile my Bank account. He was extremely helpful and is looking further into my issue. Hopefully quickbooks will have a fix for the reconciliation issue soon.
I spoke to a supervisor (finally) and after a long conversation and research she said that a new update is due to come out on Friday 11/22 that should fix the issue. She said they ARE aware of it and that we can either manually enter them (for now) until the update is out but that they are indeed working on it. At least they are doing something. I am waiting until they fix it and not manually entering them as I don't want to screw something up. I just thought I'd share!
