I'm here to help locate the 941 forms you filed, Blessednan.
You can view the forms as long they have been filed correctly in QuickBooks Online (QBO). We can apply the appropriate date filters from the Archive section to find the specific tax forms.
Here's how to do this:
- Go to Payroll, then Payroll Tax, and select Filings tab.
- Click Resources, then Archived forms and filings.
- Adjust the Start date and the End date.
- From the Filter tab, check the boxes in the Form type and the Filed from the status.
- Select Apply to confirm.
However, if Intuit filed the forms for you, you should be able to view or print all forms approximately 35 days after the end of the quarter. For more information, please see this article: View your previously filed tax forms and payments.
If you filed the tax form outside of QuickBooks, I recommend contacting the IRS for additional information.
Additionally, if you want to look closely at your business's finances, you can run a payroll report. It will provide a detailed summary of your company's payroll expenses, including employee salaries, bonuses, taxes, and other related costs.
