You can inform your employer to set up QuickBooks Workforce. Then, invite you to view and print your pay stubs and W-2s.

Here's how your employer can invite you:

1. They need t go to Payroll and select Employees.
2. Find the employee name.
3. Tick the Pay Pencil icon.
4. Enter the employee's info, including the email address.
5. Select the Invite this employee to view their pay stubs and W-2’s Online checkbox.
6. Press Done.

Then, you'll receive an invitation through email. Once you accept the invitation, you can view your pay stubs at workforce.intuit.com.

Here's how:

1. Look for an email from Intuit Services ([email address removed]) with the subject "Finish setting up with [business name].
2. Open the email and tick the Get access to paychecks link to accept the invitation. 
3. Create an Intuit account with your email and a password, or sign in with your existing account.
