Buy nowThanks for reaching out and letting us know what you’re experiencing, Dave262. It's important it is to be able to access bank transactions and manage your finances smoothly in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I’m here to help you get back on track with your business as quickly as possible.
When syncing your bank for the first time to QBO, it’s important to set the date range to pull previous transactions. Note that bank transactions older than 90 days cannot be downloaded but can be uploaded manually.
You can also check your bank's website for any alerts or notifications that might prevent bank transactions from appearing.
If no bank error occurs, let's try to connect the bank transaction so that the transaction will be pull up.
Here's how:
1. Navigate to Transactions and choose Bank Transactions and select the pencil Icon.

2. Choose the bank, and click Edit sign info.

3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue.
4. Go back to the Banking Transactions and select Update.

If the issue persists after updating your bank feeds, please follow these troubleshooting steps and retry the steps above using a different browser.
