QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) has a Previous Reconciliation Report that you can pull up to see those complete reconciliations. This gives you details that can help you find discrepancies and other issues.
Here's how:
- In QBDT, go to the Reports menu at the top to get to the Banking and Previous Reconciliation.
- Choose the specific reconciled account in the Account drop-down, then select the Statement Ending Date.
- Pick Detailed or Both for the report type, and the transactions you want to see.
- Hit Display.
