Thanks for reaching out to us, @luxnmaininc1.

I want to make sure you're able to get your bank transactions in your company file.

This Unable to Verify Financial Institution Info error is caused by incorrect information in the .qbo file. The bank will need to be contacted to correct this issue. In the meantime, we do have a workaround that will allow you to import the file.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log-in to TD Bank website to download the file (select qbo for QB online).
  2. Select the date range and file type for Quicken and Quickbooks.
  3. Open Quickbooks then click File menu > Utilities > Import > Webconnect files.
  4. Select the QBO file to download.
  5. Open .qbo file in a notepad.
  6. Change the FID & BID to 55584 then save the file.
  7. Import the file again to QB.

If you're still getting the same error, I recommend that you contact our Support Team. This way we can report this TD Bank issue to our engineers.

Here's how to contact us:

  1. Open QuickBooks and click the Help menu.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. On the pop-up screen select Contact us.
  4. Click the Search for Something else button then type your concern in the Ask us anything box.
  5. Hit Search then scroll down to get your contact options.
