Hi danielle8, I appreciate the screenshot and for giving your time to contact our Chat Support.

The Manage option should be visible after we select QuickBooks Checking. Since the statement only generates details on February 2022, I'd like to know when this behavior occurs. Does it happen recently?

Sometime QuickBooks will not perform well if there's a browser-related issue. If we haven't tried viewing your QuickBooks Checking account in a private browser with our chat support, we can follow the shortcut keys below.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If it works, let's clear cache and temporary internet files to optimize the browser's performance. We can use this article as a guide: Delete browser cache and Intuit-specific cookies. Another way is to use supported web browsers in QuickBooks Online.

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari
  • Opera
  • Samsung

Still, follow the same steps to view your monthly statement:

  1. Go to Business overview, select Cash flow.
  2. Select QuickBooks Checking and click Manage.
  3. View your QuickBooks Checking account and select Monthly Statements.

Also, we can review and use these articles for our detailed resources about working with QuickBooks Checking accounts.

That should help. Post another one below if you need further assistance viewing your monthly statements after following the information above. I'll make sure to continue to help you and get this resolved. Take care!
