I'd suggest reaching out to our customer care support. A payroll specialist will check your account to verify the information. Here's how:
- Click Help.
- Go to QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter "Unable to receive tax return notice" in the description field, then click Continue.
- Select either Message an Agent or Talk to a Specialist.
Although, if the email address entered/used when filing is correct, you can contact the IRS to verify why you haven't received any email.
