It's great to hear you completed and passed all four exams, @iamjaborz. I understand that you need assistance in viewing your certifications. I'm here to help you out.

The browser's temporary internet files can cause strange behavior in the software, such as getting errors.

Let's log in to a private window will help us determine whether or not this is a browser-related problem. Private browsing doesn't use extensions and stops the cache from saving your browsing history.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • MS Edge and Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

If you can sign in without issues using a private window, you can return to your default browser and delete any cached files. Otherwise, use another supported browser as an alternative.

Then, follow the steps to view the CPE certificates:

  1. From the left menu select ProAdvisor.
  2. Select the Training tab.
  3. If you're looking for a current certification, badge or exam, select Certified, and choose Download Badge or Download Certificate.
  4. If you're looking for a previous certification, select Training & certification history.

Additionally, I've added these resources that'll help you earn Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits through QuickBooks Online Accountant training:

Let me know if you have questions about the training certification. I'm always here to help. Have a great day.
