Thanks for joining the conversation, Mike. Dealing with persistent pop-ups can be concerning when they interrupt your workflow. I've got you covered.

The pop-up message you’re seeing is part of Intuit's security protocols which require users to regularly authenticate their accounts.

To remove the pop-up, you'll need to update your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to the latest version. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Downloads & Updates page and choose the standard setup.
  2. Select your Country, Product, and Version (year), then Search.
  3. Click Get the latest updates.
  4. Once the download is complete, open the file to install the update.
  5. After installing, follow the on-screen instructions.

If you still encounter the pop-up message, it may indicate your subscription has expired. To verify your account securely, I recommend contacting our support team.

Moreover, if you have a Payroll subscription, download the latest payroll tax table to process payroll in QuickBooks.

You can always count on me to listen, Mike. Let me know in the comments below if you have any additional concerns. Take care.
