The message still clocked in for the pay period can sometimes appear due to a few underlying reasons, even if all employees are clocked out. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and fix the issue:
Verify your Timesheets:
If you've ensured everything is all set, let's proceed with troubleshooting your browser. Sometimes, a browser fills too much cache to handle the QuickBooks Time webpage. When this happens, some functions will slow down or even not work on any website. Let's start with accessing QuickBooks Online using incognito mode or a private window.

If this works, proceed to clear your browser's cache and cookies to clear temporary files running in your browser that have caused the malfunctions. Otherwise, use other supported browsers to ensure it runs QBO efficiently.
If the prompt still appears, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Time support to have this case investigated thoroughly. They have the right tools to pinpoint the cause of the problem and notify the engineers to have it fixed as soon as possible.
