You’ll receive this error code when trying to pay your contractors through direct deposit. Make sure to set up at least one employee to use direct deposit to pay your contractors.
Here’s how to add an employee to your account:
- Go to your Payroll and select Employees.
- Click on Add an employee and then add all the necessary information.
- Select Done.
