I have some information about setting up QuickBooks Payments.

 

If you're using the US version of QuickBooks Online, then we can set up QuickBooks Payments. This way, your client will receive an invoice via QuickBooks. However, if you're using the Global version, we're unable to set up payments in QuickBooks.

 

To set up QuickBooks Payments using US version, here's how:

 

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online as an admin.
  2. In the Gear menu, select Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Payments tab. 
  4. Click Learn More, then follow instructions to enter all the information required to activate the service. 
  5. Review and acknowledge the Merchant Agreement and pricing.
  6. Once done, click the Activate Payments button.
