You can use Vendors to enter your water, electricity, internet bills in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

1. Go to the Expenses from the left menu, then Vendors.
2. Select New Vendor.
3. Complete the fields in the Vendor Information window.
4. Hit Save and close.
