Hi all,
I have a blank (empty) page after login to my accountant profile for invoicing (web, not application).
I'm using Chrome (v. 92.0.4515.107), cookies and cache cleared. The same problem is in Incognito mode and in Mozilla browser

Just want to let you know that the page loaded after I used VPN on the browser.. But earlier everything worked well with my internet connection and with my internet provider. Do you know why is there such website behaviour and how I can use it without VPN now?

Thank you for the reply. My profile was not the main profile, it was like a secondary invited profile to the main profile. So we tried to delete my invited profile and reinvite me again. And now I have "Sign In" error (screenshot attached). As I understand this is another issue. Should I contact the support team on this as well? Or this is a common error right now and QB team is fixing it right now?
Please be informed that I cannot reach my Account and the page with "Help" button as you said, the page is fully blank (empty) and there is nothing. I also tried to reach QB support from here https://quickbooks.intuit.com/global/, so I was forwarded to the page https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en/contact and here is only online chat. BUT! This chat is also not loading, just an empty page

As long as you have a strong internet connection and the browser you're using meets the system requirements, you should be able to access QuickBooks with no errors. Since you're asked to use or connect VPN on the browser so the QuickBooks page will load, I would recommend checking this with an IT Professional for further assistance. He or she can look into the setup of your browser or system in a secure environment and help you with signing in to QuickBooks without connecting to VPN.

It is pretty strange, but everything works now. Just to let you know the whole image:
I was able to login to QB last week easily, since then nothing has changed in my PC and Internet provider.
After successful login via VPN, I've turned it off and it happens that the page was loading without VPN now. I don't know what happened, but the login page is now working well.

My accountant and I have exactly the same issue as you did. All was working well and this week, all of a sudden, neither accountant nor me can't login. So it is clearly not the issue on your side, it is on the side of quickbooks. It seems like quickbooks blocks Ukrainian IPs or something, and you're whitelisted now.
I tried to fix the issue your way. I opened the website with the Opera browser with the VPN option enabled. But it didn't work for me. Can you advise which VPN service did you use?
Angelyn_T do you have advice for me in the meantime, or maybe you can help with solving the issue with my account?

The issue you're experiencing right now might come from the browser itself. Sometimes too much cache build-up in the program can unexpected behavior with the product. This can be the reason why you're unable to access QuickBooks.
To check, let's run some basic troubleshooting steps and fix it. You can start by accessing your account using a private window. This is also known as InPrivate in Internet Explorer and Incognito mode in Google Chrome. Doing this will help us isolate the issue and log in to the program. Simply press the following shortcut keys:
If you're able to successfully log in to QuickBooks, go back to your regular browser clear its cache. Or else, use another supported browser instead. This might be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser that you use.

I was using Chrome browser, Zenmate VPN browser extension. I also recommend you not to login from bookmarks, try to reach the login page from the QB main page.
I also want to add that this solution is temporary. Today I also have to connect VPN as QB Accountant page was once again blank, but this time on the login page itself. And once again after the first enter VPN can be turned off

clearing the cache according to your instructions did not help. There was a white screen.
But I tried to log in with the Zenmate VPN Chrome browser extension turned on, and it worked. It is not handy to use this workaround all the time. I hope your tech team can help with this issue.
