My team member has full access to the client through my Accountant version. My email is listed as a user on the client account by virtue of being the accountant. If I add her email address to the list of receipt senders on the client account, will that also add her as a separate user (rather than logging in through my Accountant version)? Is there another option? This will cause the Team Member to see my Accountant Company as well as the Client Company at the QBO login page. My team member logs into my Accountant Company and then can select from all clients that she has been given access to. Why can't she also send receipts and invoices in to the Client account? There must be another way to handle this.
