You'll need to delete, and then recreate the user, @ keepsakeflowersbysheila.
Doing so will let you send an invite to your user again. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon ⚙️ at the top, and then select Manage users under the Your Company section.
- On the Manage users page, tap the drop-down arrow under the Action column.

Once done, add the user again to send the invite by going to the Manage users page, and then click the Add user button. Then, set the permissions you'll want him/her to have. For more info, see this article: Add, delete, or change users.
