TurboTax will require you to review your vehicle information if there are unreviewed trips in 2019 or transactions tagged as vehicle expenses. You can run through the Miles section of your Self-Employed account and check if you recorded all the trips last year.
You can also open the Profit and Loss report to view any transactions using Vehicle as category. Here's how:
You can also check the bought the vehicle and it was placed in service which can be found in Vehicle info page.

Mine is saving but still says it needs reviewed. Been going on for 3 days now. Literally all I need to complete my taxes!!! Extremely frustrating to pay all year to have the system to glitch!!!
