Let me guide you on how to cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.
- Go to the Gear icon and look for Account and Settings.
- Proceed to the Billing and Subscription tab.
- Click the Cancel link beside your QuickBooks Online subscription status.
- Click Continue to cancel and indicate that this is a duplicate an invalid account.
- Click Confirm Cancel.
If the account is within the trial period, it'll be cancelled automatically after 30 days. Then, your data will be deleted after 90 days.
