Buy nowHow do I import transactions from Stripe into QuickBooks Online? I want more explanation about my question . Thanks.
I'll help import your Stripe transactions into QuickBooks, @hfghf5766.
I'll make sure you can import your Stripe data into QuickBooks Online (QBO). This way, you can categorize them accordingly.
In addition to Fiat Lux - ASIA, you can go to the QuickBooks Apps page. From there, you can see other third-party apps that you can use in importing your Stripe transactions into QBO.
Follow these steps:
In addition, you can import the transactions manually. For complete steps, see this link: Manually upload transactions into QBO.
Once the import process is completed, don't forget to categorize and reconcile them to make sure they match your bank statements.

You cannot import Stripe transactions into QuickBooks Online directly. However, QuickBooks accommodates 500+ Intuit authorized integration tools in the Intuit App Store. Specifically, PayTraQer is the tool for importing Stripe transactions into QuickBooks Online, automatically.
You have to install PayTraQer from the Intuit App Store and sign up with your QuickBooks credentials. Then you can connect your Stripe account to PayTraQer. Once you have connected your Stripe account, your historic Stripe transactions for the past 60 days will be automatically downloaded to PayTraQer. You can sync them all into QuickBooks Online by clicking the “Sync to QuickBooks'' button.
Likewise, you can download and sync your Stripe transactions as far back as you want with just a click of a button. Also, you can turn on the auto-sync feature in PayTraQer and get all your ongoing Stripe transactions synced into QuickBooks Online automatically.
I had the same question when I started — importing Stripe into QuickBooks Online sounds easy, but it gets messy if you want everything to match properly.
If you just connect Stripe to QBO or use a CSV file, it usually only brings in the payouts, not the individual sales or fees. That means your income looks too high, and it's a pain to reconcile because nothing lines up exactly.
I started using Synder, and it fixed all of that. It imports every Stripe transaction — sales, fees, refunds — and syncs them into QBO the right way. It even matches everything to your bank deposits, so you don’t have to do any manual work.
Honestly, it saved me a ton of time and keeps my books accurate. Definitely recommend it if you're using Stripe.
