I don't have access to my old computer

2. Look for your app or subscription in the Product and Services list.
3. Select Details.

This lets you see not just your License and phone numbers but also the User limit, Payroll service key, EIN, subscription number, and other payroll subscription details, Product edition,  Version info, and what's included in your Care plan.

QB Online and QB Desktop are 2 different products.

Do you have QB Online? Installation number and product number are only available for QB Desktop.

Why do you need a product number?

You don't have to do anything about the product number not showing in your QuickBooks account, as this is exclusive only to QuickBooks Desktop users. In QuickBooks Online, we used the company ID to identify your company and account. 

Furthermore, you can manage your subscription in QuickBooks Online. This will also provide the steps to update the card on file, change your subscription and billing schedule, or view your billing history in the program.

I had an issue with Windows 10 and had to reinstall it and now Intuit is requiring me to give my license # and product # to get back into it. I can't open it to push F2 to find it.
