Good thing about QuickBooks is it gives us a variety of ways to locate our product information depending on the situation and which we find more convenient. And I'd be glad to discuss them with you.
First, you can view your license and product numbers by logging into the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs) which shows all the registered Desktop apps and subscriptions.
Here's how:
This lets you see not just your License and phone numbers but also the User limit, Payroll service key, EIN, subscription number, and other payroll subscription details, Product edition, Version info, and what's included in your Care plan.
Also, if you've registered before, we have a permanent record of your data. You can quickly locate your information using the tool below. i found company id but product number not available on quick books online then what should i do????
QB Online and QB Desktop are 2 different products.
Do you have QB Online? Installation number and product number are only available for QB Desktop.
Why do you need a product number?
Thanks for sharing this in the thread, Sajid. Allow me to provide a brief clarification about the product or license number.
You don't have to do anything about the product number not showing in your QuickBooks account, as this is exclusive only to QuickBooks Desktop users. In QuickBooks Online, we used the company ID to identify your company and account.
Furthermore, you can manage your subscription in QuickBooks Online. This will also provide the steps to update the card on file, change your subscription and billing schedule, or view your billing history in the program.
You can send a reply if you have other questions about managing your company account in QuickBooks. We've got your back and we'll lend you a hand. Have a great day!
