I have recently moved to another country so I don't have access to my old phone number. When I click on '' Change'' it then sends the verification code to my old number and I am not able to update my phone number.

You can use the account account recovery form in the following article to update the phone number associated with the account. You'll just have to prepare e a high-quality photo or scan of your driver's license, state ID, passport, or notarized document. After filling up the form and uploading your ID or document, you'll receive an email from no_response@intuit.com with the next steps to follow. Check out this article and scroll down to the I lost access to my phone or email address section: Recover your Intuit Account if you can’t sign in.
Here's also how you can update or change your email address, user ID, password, and other information for your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account: Update or change your Intuit Account sign-in information.

Thank you for your detailed reply and guidance.
I did the same and filled the form with my identity documents and it seems that my new phone number has been updated to my profile I can even see that as'' Verified'' but I am not getting any verification code via text message.
Can you help me in this regard? I tried the'' Call '' option but i didn't get call as well.

I no long have that phone number and need to change it

You'll receive a verification code in your old or connected number to complete the update process. However, you mentioned that you no longer have the phone number, so you won't be able to receive the verification code.
To resolve this, you'll need to submit the account recovery form:

Meanwhile, if you plan to change your business or contact name, you may also update your information in your Intuit account for them to match.

So I got to change my phone number on the main screen but now my merchant account number needs to be changed to my new phone number
