If your QBO subscription is less than 60 days old, you can purge it to go back to scratch. Please refer to my colleague's instructions for this: https://intuit.me/38xe3rh
If your subscription is more than 60 days old, just sign up for a new subscription.
- Choose a plan: https://intuit.me/2ZuS0xB.
- When you reach the Create an Intuit account page, click Sign in.
- Enter your existing user ID and password and click Sign in.
