That is correct, @lindaa2.
We keep your company data for 365 days after the cancellation date. This enables you to continue from where you left off in case you decide to return. After that, we delete the data. However, your data will still be available if you resubscribe during that period.

I cancelled the QuickBooks account on the 22/10/2022 but my TSheets wasn't cancelled so how do I go about this ? can I just cancel my direst debit ?

Since your QuickBooks account subscription was already canceled, what we can do is cancel TSheets from QuickBooks Time. Before canceling your subscription, you can Customer Team Support so we can resolve any issues you've encountered, or cancel your account.
