When the new invoicing layout rolled out couple days ago, we realized that the pricing rules does not take affect, it only shows the default rate, not the calculated rate. In the previous invoice, when we enter a SKU item, the discounted price based the defined price rule populated in the Rate section(I would also show the default price when you clicked on the rate section). Does anyone know how to turn this feature on?
Several features also disappered: We were also able to toggle between the lines with the up and down arrow, now up and down arrows doesnt move the cursor. For example when I was in line 1 in the Rate section, i would hit the down arrow, it would take me to line 2 Rate box, i would enter the number and hit down arrow and it would take me to line 3. It was easier for me to update the pricing without using the mouse. Same goes for the other columns, which made the movement faster but in the new layout, it does not allow me.
At the botttom of the invoice, when i click Add Lines, it added 5 emply lines, now, it only adds one,this also makes us repeat the same action multiple times.
Also, I am not allowed to go back to old layout. When i read the other posts, i see that Old layout option is shown but it does not appear in ours. Though we are open to improvements, this new louyout does not seem to be one. It went backwards. Why change something that is not broken? We really dont like this new Invoicing layout.
I would be happy to hear how to make the pricing rules worked out on the new invoicing. Thank you for your help in advance.
