Before anything else, may I ask if you've encountered an error message upon logging in to your account or when you tried to pay using your card? Providing additional information or screenshots could help us deliver an effective solution.
In the meantime, if you encounter a prompt stating that your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) subscription has lapsed or expired and you cannot access the program, we can review your license status and update your billing information in the Customer Account Management (CAMPS) portal just like what 4Gal said.
Here's how:
- Sign in to https://camps.intuit.com using the email address you used to register your product.
- Choose QuickBooks Desktop from your Products and Services.
- Click Details to update billing info or select Download to view license info and download any versions of QBDT.
- Click Edit beside your Payment Method.
- Update your payment info and then click Save and Close.
