Question about Desktop subscription renewal

I can't get into my Quick Book because I have to renew my subscription last night I tried to do it by using my card to pay and I don't know what's happening it doesn't renew it

Before anything else, may I ask if you've encountered an error message upon logging in to your account or when you tried to pay using your card? Providing additional information or screenshots could help us deliver an effective solution.

 

In the meantime, if you encounter a prompt stating that your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) subscription has lapsed or expired and you cannot access the program, we can review your license status and update your billing information in the Customer Account Management (CAMPS) portal just like what 4Gal said.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to https://camps.intuit.com using the email address you used to register your product.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop from your Products and Services.
  3. Click Details to update billing info or select Download to view license info and download any versions of QBDT.
  4. Click Edit beside your Payment Method
  5. Update your payment info and then click Save and Close.

I do not want to pay for a renewal.  I want to simply keep the version I have now as it is only a pass through account/company.  I have QB online for the company that handles day to day operation.  How do I ensure that it is not renewed @675$

Can you login to CAMPS and find your license there? If you can't find your license code, you have to purchase a new license. Which QB Desktop year version do run? Do you need to run any add-ons? e.g QB Payroll

Let me provide information so you can update your card on file for the renewal of your desktop.

 

To begin with, since you indicated that you'll be updating for renewal, it means you have an Intuit account. This may be different from the account you use to sign in to your company file. CAMPs use the email address you used to register your product, which may be different from the one you use for signing in to your company file.

 

In addition, if the email you used to register your product wasn't connected with an Intuit Account, an account was automatically created for you. Therefore, you may need to claim that account if you've never signed in, or you may need to merge accounts if you have multiple accounts.

 

Here's what to do:

 

  1. Select I forgot my user ID or password.
  2. If that doesn’t help, go back to camps.intuit.com and select Claim Account.
  3. If you still need help, see Get help signing in to CAMPs.

the preauthorized payment came out on the 29 November but when i log into quickbooks its saying has reached the expiration date and can longer open

  1. Go to camps.intuit.com
  2. Sign in with your Intuit Account info. This could differ from what you use to sign in to your company file.

If you see multiple products to choose from, select QuickBooks Desktop to go to CAMPs.

This will be the quickest and simplest method to manage your accounts, contacts, products, billing, and checking.
