Open your company file and press CTRL+1 to find your license code and log into your CAMPS account. Are you using the same license code? Also check your license expiration date on CAMPS to be sure.

If a prompt shows that your QuickBooks Desktop subscription has lapsed or expired, we can update your billing info in your Customer Account Management (CAMPs) portal. You can also follow Fiat Lux - ASIA's suggestion to find the code to access your CAMPS account.

Apparently Intuit keeps track of how many times you go in/out of the software, and if you go in/out more times than they think you should, they cut you off and just say your subscription expired.
After getting the usual run-around with off-shore support, they elevated my case. They called me back to say that I had "too many uses" and they reset me to Zero so I should be good to go now!
I supposedly had less uses than one per weekday... and that's too many?
They sure know how to make people want to abandon their BS.

And of course, no front-line employees have ever heard of this... only the upper support.
