On the page that asks for your contact info, at the top, you should see Already have an account? Sign in
Sign in with the user ID and password you use for your other company subscriptions. You will now be setting up a new subscription under the same log in information.

It depends on entity type and how you set them up. You can have multiple businesses on one tax return all with the same EIN, each using a different schedule C, if they are Sole Proprietorships or non-corporate LLCs. In QBO you can use one subscription and use Classes to separate the businesses if they all use the same accounting method (Plus needed for Class). Each corporation or partnership needs it's own EIN, and own set of books. You also may have multiple businesses all owned by one corporation or partnership . The decision is based primarily on personal liability protection

There isn't a way we can automatically clone vendors from one company to another. You'll need to manually enter vendor information and transactions to the second company.
