Recently, we've received reports regarding the error when connecting your Amazon account to QuickBooks Online. Our engineers are already working for a permanent fix.
I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Customer Care Team. They can add your profile to the list of affected users and keep you up to date about the issue.

In case you need to add transactions to QuickBooks Self-employed, you can manually export the transactions from Amazon and then import them into QuickBooks.

The investigation is still going on. Please be sure to contact our Support, so they can add your company details to the list of affected users.
In the meantime, you can upload transactions while we investigate this issue. Please check out the resources that Reymond shared above.
