Yes, it does, @burkepeters.
Transferring the primary admin to your client removes them from your ProAdvisor discount plan. They'll start paying for their subscription. The rate won't be the same since they'll be removed from your plan.
To change transfer the primary admin access to your client, you can follow these steps below:
