Have you received an error message? Let's consider logging into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser so we can isolate this issue. Let me show you how.
If this works, you can clear your regular browser's cache so the system can start fresh. But if you get the same results while in a private browser mode, use a different browser app instead.

I cleared my browser and still cannot message an agent (the icon is grayed out) nor request a call (that icon is shaded) both icons do nothing when clicked.
We are not receiving our data feeds from our POS system. That provider is receiving an error message from QBO. Your phone system will not direct me to a representative.
I am so frustrated. What sort of service provider cuts off all contact other than via a message board?

My only choices when clicking on the profile bubble are "sign out" and "manage my account"
