How can I change the email address from quickbooks email to my own email address that's not a gmail address?

I'm here to ensure you're able to change the QuickBooks email into your email address.

If you're referring to the customer-facing email wherein Quickbooks uses this to contact you. You'll have the option to change this in QuickBooks Online. I'll show you how.

1. Go to the Settings ⚙️ icon, then Accounts and settings.
2. Select the Company tab.
3. From the Contact info section, click the Edit pencil icon.
4. Enter the email address you want to use under the Customer-facing email.
5. Hit Save, then Done.

On the other hand, if it's the return email. Currently, changing it isn't available. The default email goes to quickbooks@notification.intuit.com. As an alternative, you can use your email address instead of your customer email when sending invoices. Then, you can check your email and forward the invoice to your customer. This way, customers will see your email address.
