Please follow these steps to cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.
If the account is within the trial period, it'll be cancelled automatically after 30 days. Then, your data will be deleted after 90 days.

Let me share other options to cancel the QuickBooks Online (QBO) service. If you purchased your subscription from iTunes or Google Play, refer to the steps below to cancel your subscription.

If you don't still see these options, I suggest you signed in to QuickBooks from a web browser. Then, cancel QuickBooks from iTunes or Google Play on your computer.
If you get the same result, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team, who currently handles QuickBooks subscription cancellation requests. By doing so, they can also help check your Intuit Account login credentials.

You can cancel your account by going to the Billing and Subscription tab. I'll be glad to walk you through the steps:
Once done, an email will be sent to the account administrator to confirm the cancellation.
