If you've already canceled your QBO account via the Billing and Subscription section, yet still being charged for the service, I would highly suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Support Team. They have the necessary tools to take a look into your account and go over specific charges/billing questions. Here's how to contact us:
- Go to the Help icon on the upper right.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter "subscription charges" and then hit Let's talk.
- Choose either to Start a message or Get a callback.
